Terms of sale

These general conditions of sale are celebrated between ZE COMPRO, company with registered office in Wattrelos, France, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Lille Métropole with number 984 518 969, under the name “the Vendor”, which is managed by the website REVITALYA.com, under the name “The Web Site”, and the particular consumer, under the name “The Comprador”, which intends to acquire the products offered by the Vendor (“the Product”).

 

ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT

These general sales conditions are intended to define the contractual relationship between the Vendor and the Comprador, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase carried out through the Website. In particular, specify the conditions of purchase, fulfillment of the pedido, pago and entrega of the Products requested by the Comprador.

 

These General Sales Conditions are systematically facilitated by all buyers before the purchase or execution of the order and will prevail, in any case, in any other version or contradictory document.

 

The purchase of a product through this web site implies the unconditional acceptance by the Comprador of these general sales conditions, the Comprador acknowledges that this must be done promptly. The Comprador recognizes that it has legal capacity to celebrate a contract and acquire the products offered on the website.

 

The Seller reserves the right to modify these general sales conditions at any time, to comply with any new standards or to improve the use of your website. Therefore, the general conditions applicable will be in effect when the Comprador carries out the pedido.

 

The Comprador has accepted that the information requested for the celebration of the contract or sent during its ejection can be transmitted electronically.

 

However, the data recorded in the Vendor's computer system constitutes the basis for all transactions carried out with the Comprador.

 

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTO

ARTICLE 3 - PRECIOS

The prices are shown on the product pages of the online catalog and are expressed in euros (€), with all charges included (IVA included), and the type of IVA (if corresponding) is valid on the purchase date. Any change in the type of IVA may reflect the price of the products. The seller reserves the right to modify his prices at any moment, intending, not to mention, that the price that appears in the catalog on the day of the child will be the only one applicable to the comprador.

The prices indicated may not include shipping costs, which are additionally charged for the price of the purchased products, depending on the shipping method.

The delivery gases are specified to finalize the delivery and are accepted and confirmed.

You may apply local charges, tax charges, port charges or tax charges, which are the responsibility of the Comprador.

 

The Vendor will issue an invoice that will be stored with the Comprador to receive the purchased Products.

 

ARTICLE 4 - PEDIDOS

It is the responsibility of the Comprador to select the Product you wish to access on the Web Site.

 

We will not accept any delivery sent to you by any other seller, including postal or electronic mail.

- validate the shopping cart,
