ZE COMPRO offers a 30-day license to devolve on your own and obtain a full refund.*

On this plazo, ZE COMPRO will provide you with a pre-paid delivery label so that you can devolve your product and receive the full re-embolso promptly as the shipping company confirms receipt.

To initiate the development process, please contact our support team by requesting your request number at contact@revitalya.com:

1. Print the transfer label and the prepared label.

2. Please include the label in the box so that you can identify it on your own.

3. Please package your product and attach the transfer label to the box (remove any label or adhesive tape previously).

4. Take 7 days to store your delivery package in the transport company's office for the most part.

 

* Shipped goods sent in the original package cannot be repackaged.
